DEBT MANAGEMENT PLAN (DMP)

With a Debt Management Plan, our experienced advisors will help you to construct such a plan that is based upon your financial abilities as well as the expectations of your creditors. Unlike IVA's a DMP is not legally binding so our experts will help you decide which option is most appropriate for you.

Once we've helped you create a DMP, you'll simply be paying back your creditors with a monthly payment that is primarily based upon your abilities to cover that sum each month. Most DMP's extend over a 30 to 60 month period and the time frame will be fixed in line with your personal situation.
